4. Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch Up
5. Bachelor's degree in architecture
6. Consider sustainability and energy efficiency in material selection
7. Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, and other professionals to integrate their input into the design
8. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
9. Attend site meetings and provide clarification on design intent
10. Participate in design presentations to clients and project teams
11. Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture
