6-10 years experience in large scale residential projects & private villas
Technical knowledge of building design and construction details
Proficient in planning of large scale residential building projects
Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments
Knowledge of municipal regulations in and around Mumbai
Experience of site visits
Preparing detailed working drawings
Experience of interior design and detailed drawings
Co-ordinating with consultants and clients
Able to provide inputs and give decisions on Structural & MEP design
Skilled in AutoCAD
Knowledge of working with REVIT & Sketchup
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Team leader - to be able to lead a team efficiently
Team player - to be able to delegate work or be able to work under a senior
Able to visit sites in and out of Mumbai
