Job Description

:
Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards, and deadlines.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Coordinate with various consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to ensure all design elements are integrated nd aligned.
Facilitate regular meetings with consultants to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review consultant deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure they meet project standards and design intent.
Collaborate with design consultants, including interior designers, landscape architects, and urban planners, to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients, and senior management.
Ensure all project designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
