Job Description

The Senior Architect is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple project teams and ensuring excellence in design quality, technical compliance, and project delivery. This position involves managing high-value client relationships, mentoring junior and mid-level staff, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the firm's profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic design and technical leadership across multiple architectural projects Oversee and review design development, working drawings, and construction documentation to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, handling high-stakes communication, presentations, and approvals Lead, mentor, and guide junior architects and design teams to enhance performance and professional growth Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet delivery timelines and financial targets Conduct design and technical reviews at critical project stages Support business goals by improving project efficiency, quality control, and profitability Address and resolve complex design, technical, or site-related challenges
