Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and planning

of residential and commercial building projects. Prepare

detailed architectural drawings

using AutoCAD and other design software with speed and accuracy. Supervise and guide junior architects, draftsmen, and interns in project execution. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs. Coordinate with

construction professionals, engineers, and consultants

to ensure design feasibility and timely execution. Oversee

project management

, including scheduling, material selection, and cost estimation. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and

Vaastu principles

where applicable. Handle on-site challenges and provide effective, innovative design solutions. Maintain design quality, team efficiency, and alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

residential building projects

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

, with excellent drafting speed and accuracy. Strong knowledge of

building design principles

, materials, and modern architecture trends. Excellent

communication and client-handling

skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a design team effectively. Knowledge of

Vaastu Shastra

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
