KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I] Feasibility Analysis and Reporting

Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects, considering factors such as market demand, zoning regulations, and financial feasibility. Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports outlining findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to guide decision-making processes.

II] Requirements Assessment

Study property layout, understand requirements, and prepare a basic plan. Prepare presentation based on basic concepts, area calculations, and project view. Consider all the work-related aspects, execute area calculations and material requisition notes from the project site, and understand material requirements. Understand and resolve all project-related queries to the satisfaction of management. Present project updates and proposals to senior management in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, ensuring effective communication of key information and objectives.

III] Project Design and Development

Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects in alignment with company objectives and client requirements. Utilize your extensive experience to create innovative and functional designs that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals. Take feedback from management. Understand suggestions/changes/additions required in the plan. If required give design options. Prepare final drawings/3D designs. Present same and take management approval. Handover final drawings to on site project team.

IV] Working Drawing Assignment

Assign the job for preparation of working drawing to junior(if any). Review the working drawings meticulously and seek approval from management to ensure alignment with project specifications and objectives.

V] Environmental Clearance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary environmental clearances and permits for project development. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards throughout the design and construction phases of projects.

VI] Strategic Collaboration and Liaison with Agencies

Serve as the primary point of contact for external architectural agencies, structural consultants and other agencies/consultants engaged in project design and development. Share final drawings with structural consultant. Provide additional information about the project if required. Get suggestions/ideas, take structure and action plan from consultants. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.

VII] Quality Assurance and Compliance

Implement quality assurance measures to uphold design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and reviews to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

VIII] Coordination & Support

Support engineers and understand customization requirements. Incorporate the customization changes in the drawing, approve the changes from concern person.

IX] Project Execution Oversight and Supervision

Conduct on-site inspections to oversee the progress and implementation of project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Ensure adherence to prescribed drawings and project parameters, offering expert guidance to address any work-related inquiries or challenges that may arise

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

B.Arch. / M.Arch

Experience:

6 to 10 Years with a Real Estate Developer.

Technical Skills:

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Knowledge:

Building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
