Lead architectural design and planning for large-scale projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.)
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Drive innovation in sustainable design, materials, and construction practices
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
