Seeking a Senior Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience in the architectural sector, responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects across various real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Design and Management
: Lead project design and manage execution from concept to completion.
Client Interaction
: Communicate effectively with clients to meet their architectural needs and preferences.
Team Leadership
: Provide direction and leadership to the architectural team to ensure project goals are achieved.
Software Proficiency
: AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Civil 3D
Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings
Prepare and review layout plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams
Review and approve working drawings and material specifications
Manage design timelines as per project schedules
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation accuracy
Handle client presentations, design revisions, and approvals
Support tender drawings, BOQs, and design documentation

Experience

Technical Skills
