Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with over 10 years of expertise in architectural design. ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design principles, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to manage complex projects from inception to completion. This is a strategic role requiring creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural solutions. Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
Project Management:

Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure project success.
Technical Oversight:

Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards. Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address technical challenges.
Leadership & Mentoring:

Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns. Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and emerging trends in architecture.
Sustainability Focus:

Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building technologies into projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect (State-specific licensure preferred). Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM). Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sustainable design and certifications like LEED, WELL, or BREEAM. Expertise in advanced modeling tools or software (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo). Background in designing large-scale projects such as commercial, residential, or institutional buildings. Membership in professional organizations such as AIA, RIBA, or equivalent.
