Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience. He/she should be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary consultants to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with all the consultants like MEP, Landscape, RCC, designing architect and various other architects involved in an project. Should have in depth knowledge of DCPR 2034. Should have previously worked under various redevelopment schemes like 33 (7) 33 (5) 33 (5B) 33 (10) 33 (11) Should co-ordinate with project managers and site team Should know how to create an feasibility report, and has been part of society presentations, land acquisition. Should review the drawings and give necessary comments. Should have completed an project from start to end Should have knowledge of various compliances involved in a project like stages of approvals, certificates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / MA degree in architecture 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
