Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage residential architecture projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a focus on creating innovative and sustainable residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

: Lead the planning and execution of complex residential architecture projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines.

Design Excellence

: Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality architectural designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Client Interaction

: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance and solutions to meet their needs.

Team Management

: Mentor and manage a team of junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Compliance and Sustainability

: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations, and implement sustainable practices in architectural designs.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 12-17 years of experience in architecture, specifically within the residential real estate sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree in architectural design or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Architecture or related field Proven track record of successful residential projects
