JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR ARCHITECT:

Relevant skills and qualifications include:

4+ years of experience in architecture and interiors

Expertise in BOQ & Estimation. Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design

Experience in Design Development and Integration of all allied areas and materials and services to deliver the project successfully

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V ray, Lumion, Photoshop and other architectural design software

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, Rendering software like Enscape, Lumion.

Role Description:

The Senior Architect will be responsible for conception to completion, making architectural design and development, and managing the integration of design and technical details considering site conditions.

The Architect will also work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are as per the user (Client), within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

Developing and presenting project proposals.

Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact as per the requirements

Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

DESIGN PROGRAM MAKING, DESIGN CONCEPTS, ZONING AND ANALYSIS, DESIGN DRAWINGS, BOQ, ESTIMATION, DETAILED DRAWINGS, PERIODIC SITE VISITS, CLOSE INTERACTION WITH CLIENTS TO ACHIEVE THE DESIGN AS PER THEIR CHOICE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
