Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed interior design drawings, 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion). Strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes.
Diploma/bachelor s degree in interior design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
1-4 years of professional experience with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Adept at generating Revit-compliant design and construction documents. Experienced with on-site documentation and investigation. Proficient in design tools (Graphics Standards, Time-Saver Standards) and knowledgeable about international building codes.
5+ years of professional experience in design documentation and construction drawings with strong Revit proficiency.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to complete assignments on time.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with PMs and consultants.
Role & responsibilities
1. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
3. Developing and presenting project proposals
4. Adjusting drawings, blueprints, specifications, designs, plans and construction documents to meet the client's needs
5. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
6. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
7. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
