Atelier Noua is a fast-growing architecture and interior design company based in Nigdi, Pune. We work on residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects with a strong focus on innovation, detailing, and seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development
Develop creative design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D views.
Ensure design intent aligns with client requirements and project objectives.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Participate in client meetings and provide design-related inputs.
3. Site Supervision & Execution
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
Provide on-site solutions and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure projects run on schedule and adhere to specifications.
4. Team Collaboration
Guide junior architects, interns, and draftsmen.
Assist the design head in project planning and design development.
Review work delivered by interns/junior staff.
5. Project Administration
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revision records.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones.
Support in preparing BOQs, material selections, and vendor coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
2-3 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design.
Strong knowledge of design detailing, working drawings, and site execution.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop
.
Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and services.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
