Job Overview:

We are seeking qualified Architects with experience in commercial and mixed-use projects. The selected candidates will be responsible for all phases of architectural work, including design, development of drawings, coordination with consultants, vendors, site teams, and PMC.

Senior Architects will be responsible for leading and mentoring teams, overseeing construction documentation, and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent. Junior Architects will support the project lead in developing designs and coordinating project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development & Management

Understand client requirements and create feasibility reports and design proposals. Develop ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact. Select materials as per project theme and client preferences and prepare material boards for presentations.
2. Drawing Development & Management

Prepare and manage schematic and working drawings to ensure high-quality detailing. Ensure compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Work with a team of Architects/Technicians to achieve project deliverables on time. Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high quality details drawings for Schematic and working drawing stage
3. Client and Site Coordination

Work closely with project managers to achieve required design deliverables. Conduct periodic site visits to review project progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
4. Consultant and Vendor Coordination

Collaborate with structural and service consultants for design execution. Coordinate with vendors for material selection and explore new materials available in the market.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: 5-year Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent). Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office.

Experience Requirements:

Junior Architect: 3 to 7 years of experience in an architectural consultancy firm, preferably in commercial and mixed-use projects. Senior Architect: 10 to 16 years of experience, with at least 6 years in commercial or mixed-use projects. Should have led a team and completed at least one project of a minimum of 300,000 sq. ft. from start to finish.
