Senior Architect - (Mumbai-Based)

We're working on some extraordinary projects in incredible landscapes and we're looking for a Senior Architect to join our team.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape destination projects blending design innovation with high-quality construction and contextual sensitivity. The role is based in Mumbai, with travel to site as required.

What You'll Do:

collaborate on design and execution of a distinctive resort project from concept through construction Work closely with the founding team to shape design direction and quality Oversee the production of detailed drawing sets and coordinate with consultants Engage with clients and site teams to ensure delivery excellence Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping studio culture What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience, ideally in hospitality, cultural, or high-end residential architecture Strong portfolio showing both design clarity and technical depth Proven ability to produce and manage comprehensive construction documentation On-site execution experience and a strong understanding of material detailing Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a lean, high-impact environment Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset Tools We Use:
We're currently working with Rhino, Lumion, AutoCAD, and are open to exploring new tools and workflows that improve clarity, speed, or visualization. What matters most to us is how you think, not just what you use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
