Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr. Architect to join our team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of architectural design, project coordination, and team management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development for residential & commercial projects. Guide and supervise junior architects/draftsmen. Prepare & review architectural and technical drawings. Coordinate with MEP consultants for integrated designs. Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations. Oversee BOQs, cost estimates, and budgeting. Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors/vendors. Interact with clients and deliver functional, aesthetic solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client & team interactions
