Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design
and planning for high-impact projects, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence.
Oversee and mentor a team of architects, designers, and draftsmen across multiple projects.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into feasible design solutions.
Review and validate drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination during construction phases.
Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, materials, and regulations in architecture and design.
Contribute to strategic planning, design innovation, and continuous process improvements within the firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum of
15 years
of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Proven experience in leading large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
Strong understanding of
building codes
,
green building practices
, and
urban planning principles
.
Excellent command over architectural design tools such as
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and lead cross-disciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and design innovation.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Registered Architect (COA or equivalent license).
Experience with international design standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL).
Exposure to BIM workflows and integrated project delivery methods.
