Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with over 10 years of

expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision. The

ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design principles, technical proficiency,

and leadership skills to manage complex projects from inception to completion. This is a

strategic role requiring creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver innovative

and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Design Development:

? Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural solutions.

? Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using software

such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.

? Project Management:

? Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely

delivery within budget.

? Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.

? Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors,

to ensure project success.

? Technical Oversight:

? Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction

documents.

? Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

? Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address technical challenges.

? Leadership & Mentoring:

? Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns.

? Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and emerging trends in

architecture.

? Sustainability Focus:

? Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building technologies into

projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

? Licensed Architect (State-specific licensure preferred).

? Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM).

? Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.

? Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

? Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience in sustainable design and certifications like LEED, WELL, or BREEAM.

? Expertise in advanced modeling tools or software (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo).

? Background in designing large-scale projects such as commercial, residential, or

institutional buildings.

? Membership in professional organizations such as AIA, RIBA, or equivalent.
