Senior Architect

, you'll be the bridge between bold design ambition and technical excellence.

You will:

Breathe life into conceptual design. Solve for every technical complexity before it touches construction. Lead with precision, heart, and unwavering attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Design Development & Creative Leadership

Bring clarity to creative intent--refining signature design elements alongside the design team while preserving aesthetic integrity. Your decisions elevate both form and functionality.

Technical Oversight

Lead GFC (Good
for
Construction) deliverables: develop, detail, and approve critical technical documentation. Resolve potential conflicts before issuing final drawings, ensuring buildability and completeness.

Project Delivery Management

Oversee and approve shop drawings, manage on-site technical coordination, and respond to RFIs with thoughtful precision.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as the technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and the design team. You'll track studio-to-site communication and guide technical resolution loops until closure.

Technical Workflow & Mentorship

Establish BIM modeling standards and mentor the team in documentation, detailing, and best practices. Champion consistency, accuracy, and quality across all technical touchpoints.

What We Seek

Master's or Bachelor's in Architecture; accredited and recognized. Valid

Professional Architect License

.

10-15 years

of experience, with significant involvement in design-led commercial or high
end fit
out work. Advanced proficiency in

AutoCAD, ARCHICAD (or Revit), SketchUp

and BIM tools. Deep understanding of

MEP coordination

and joinery/fascia detailing. Strong leadership and communication capabilities; you resolve, mentor, and inspire. Ability to balance creativity with execution--and elevate both.
