We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Architect

to join our esteemed real estate development company. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional design expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of real estate development to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and planning of residential and commercial real estate projects. Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and models in coordination with project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects. Review and approve designs, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and project teams. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures. Drive sustainable and innovative design solutions aligned with company goals.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in architecture within the real estate development sector. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Expertise in sustainable and energy-efficient design principles is a plus.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
