Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Architect

with strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and project execution. This role is hands-on and requires involvement from concept development through coordination and delivery across commercial, residential, and interior projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable leading design development, guiding junior team members, and working closely with consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development and execution Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documentation Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Guide and mentor junior architects and designers Participate in client meetings and design reviews Support site coordination and resolve execution-related issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage) Experience working on built projects from design through execution Good understanding of detailing, coordination, and construction workflows

Preferred:

Exposure to BIM workflows Experience across commercial or interior projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
