Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Conceptualization
Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions aligned with project briefs.
Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and visualizations for client discussions.
Guide design teams in developing detailed design proposals and ensuring design intent is maintained.
2. Project Management
Lead projects through all stages -- concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings, details, and approvals as per project schedule.
Review and control project costs, materials, and specifications.
3. Client & Team Coordination
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site reviews.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and draftsmen.
4. Technical & Site Coordination
Prepare and check working drawings, GFC (Good For Construction) sets, and detail drawings.
Coordinate with the site team to ensure design execution as per standards and quality.
Resolve on-site design and technical issues.
5. Documentation & Quality
Maintain all project documentation, drawing registers, and revision logs.
Ensure compliance with local by-laws, building codes, and approvals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
