We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Senior Architect

to join our team at

Tri Angle Design & Build

in Kochi. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both internal teams and client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to execution, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and development

of architectural projects across various typologies, ensuring design quality and innovation. Manage and mentor a team of

junior architects

,

drafters

, and design professionals throughout all project phases. Coordinate with

clients

, understanding their needs and translating them into design solutions that align with project goals and budget. Oversee the preparation of

detailed drawings

,

presentations

,

technical documentation

, and

project reports

. Collaborate closely with

structural engineers

,

civil consultants

,

MEP teams

, and

interior designers

to ensure interdisciplinary coordination. Conduct

site visits

, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Ensure projects comply with applicable

building codes

,

zoning regulations

, and

sustainability standards

. Participate in key decision-making meetings and provide architectural input during design reviews and client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

from a recognized institution. Strong portfolio showcasing

built projects

and

design leadership

across a range of architectural typologies. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

SketchUp

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Deep understanding of

materials

,

construction techniques

, and

project delivery processes

.

Experience:

3 years or more

of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating with clients on mid-to-large-scale projects.

Additional Notes:

This is a

full-time, on-site position

based in

Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

. Candidates should be able to

relocate or commute reliably

to the office. A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to balance

design excellence

project management
