Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced

Senior Architect

to lead the design and execution of high-profile architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership abilities. You will play a key role in guiding projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development for complex architectural projects. Oversee project delivery across all phases: concept design, documentation, and construction. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers. Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure). Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
