Lead architectural design from concept to working drawings
Prepare and review layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
Handle client meetings, presentations, and design approvals
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality execution
Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
2-3 years of experience in architectural design & execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop
Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
