. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design for residential, corporate, and mixed-use projects
Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings
Manage projects across all stages: concept, schematic design, design development, and execution
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for quality and accuracy
Conduct client meetings and presentations; incorporate feedback into design solutions
Oversee site execution and provide design support during construction
Mentor junior architects and review team outputs
Ensure projects meet design intent, timelines, and budget constraints
Required Qualifications & Skill
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Registered Architect (COA or relevant local authority preferred)
10+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
Strong portfolio of
residential and corporate/commercial projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design presentation tools
