Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Architect

to lead architectural design and execution for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end architectural activities, ensuring design excellence, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning, design development, and execution for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documentation Coordinate closely with project managers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent Review and approve material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and shop drawings Identify design issues at site and provide timely technical solutions Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, fire norms, and safety regulations Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project reviews

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in architectural design and construction detailing In-depth knowledge of residential, high-rise, and mixed-use developments Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and site practices
