Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Architect

with a minimum of 8

+ years of professional experience

to manage architectural planning, design development, site execution coordination, and client handling. The candidate should have strong expertise in residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design from

concept to execution

. Prepare

detailed drawings, working drawings, and GFC drawings

. Coordinate with

structural, MEP, consultants, and contractors

. Conduct

site visits

to ensure design accuracy and execution quality. Manage

design changes and revisions

as per site conditions. Review

BOQs, material specifications, and vendor drawings

. Ensure

adherence to building codes, safety norms, and quality standards

. Handle

client meetings, presentations, and approvals

. Mentor junior architects and design teams. Ensure

project delivery within timelines and budgets

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion Strong knowledge of

construction detailing and execution

Excellent

communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Sound knowledge of

local building by-laws and approvals

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 7+ years of relevant work experience Experience in

India and/or Middle East projects

is an added advantage Strong exposure to

execution-focused architectural roles
