Job Description

We are actively seeking talented and driven key member of our architectural team to

join as Senior Architect for Architectural Design Development and documentation of

construction projects. The Senior Architect will also assist in solving design

complexities, and be responsible for leading specific aspects of the project and project

team. To assist in the overall effort of completing the various phases of the project, and

contribute to innovative and sustainable architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for overseeing the day-today task of large-scale design projects

which includes project coordination, managing submittals, and creating

architecture and construction drawings, review of drawings, ensuring the

incorporation of design intent.

? Proficiency in architecture bylaws and design principles

? Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable

design practices, and industry regulations.

? Work on multiple projects providing techniques in ways that may explore new

ways of achieving design solutions and effecting utilizing self/ resources to

address project requirements. Also collaborate with multidisciplinary project

teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications:
- B- Arch / M Arch from an accredited institution. With 18+ years of relevant work

experience in the architectural field. Having managed a team of juniors and is

proficient with all stages of designing high rise structures.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other Architectural tools.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Passion for sustainable and innovative architectural design solutions.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Ability to lead on multiple Projects

Willing to travel.

- Have experience in High Rise Residential and Commercial architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
