We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Lead Civil Architect

to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design for civil and infrastructure projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or public spaces) Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptual design through construction documentation and execution Collaborate with structural engineers, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies Ensure sustainable design practices and adherence to environmental standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution Licensed/Registered Architect (as per local regulations) 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong portfolio demonstrating design and execution of civil architecture projects Proficient in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc. Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹628,883.87 - ₹1,228,033.42 per year
