Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with 6-10 years of expertise in designing apartment buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, ensuring high-quality execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and functional residential structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Planning: Lead the design process for apartment buildings, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and client requirements.

Project Management: Oversee design phases from concept to completion, including feasibility studies, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.

Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure designs align with green building standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise: Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools for design and documentation.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects, review their designs, and provide constructive feedback.

Client Engagement: Present design proposals, manage client expectations, and incorporate feedback into project development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

6-10 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in multi-family residential or apartment buildings.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.

Experience in sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with real estate developers or construction firms.

Familiarity with high-rise residential building design.

Strong portfolio showcasing apartment building projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
