Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring projects meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Develop innovative and functional design concepts that align with client requirements. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, 3D models, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design intent. Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and interns. Review and approve design documentation, material specifications, and technical drawings. Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, sustainability standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, rendering tools). Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Excellent design, visualization, and project management skills. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
