Role Overview

The

Senior Architect

will lead the

design and planning

of premium residential projects, ensuring that every home reflects

luxury, functionality, and sustainability

. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and execution teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

Lead the architectural design process for luxury villas and premium residences. Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations. Ensure designs align with

client requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards

. Integrate

smart home automation and modern design trends

into plans.

Client Engagement

Interact with HNI clients and plot owners to understand lifestyle needs. Translate client aspirations into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs. Present design concepts through drawings, mood boards, and digital presentations.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with structural engineers, interior designers, and project managers. Provide technical guidance during construction to maintain design integrity. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor execution quality.

Leadership & Teamwork

Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff. Review and approve design deliverables from the team. Work with marketing teams on design showcases and client proposals.

Market & Innovation

Stay updated with

global luxury design trends, materials, and technologies

. Recommend innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient design solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio in

luxury residential architecture

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Lumion, or similar tools

. Excellent visualization, design communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of

building codes, materials, and construction methods

. Ability to balance

design aesthetics with functionality and cost-efficiency

. Client-facing skills, especially with

HNI and luxury clientele

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

8+ years of experience

in residential/luxury architectural projects. Council of Architecture (CoA) registration is mandatory. Experience in

premium housing or luxury real estate projects

preferred.
