Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Develop and present architectural designs, including detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models.

Project Management:

Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to completion.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design options and making modifications based on feedback.

Technical Oversight:

Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into designs.

Site Visits:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure that the project is being executed as per the design specifications.

Sustainability:

Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including reports, permits, and specifications.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Licensure:

Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent) preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3Ds Max, Lumion and V-ray.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
