Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Senior Architect

to lead the design, development, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to shape innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design process from concept to execution. Develop and review architectural plans, technical drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and project goals are met. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. Perform site visits and provide oversight during construction phases. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Prepare and present project proposals and feasibility studies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent certification (preferred). Minimum 2 years of architectural design and project management experience. Strong portfolio of completed projects (commercial, residential, or institutional). Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

LEED accreditation or knowledge of green building practices. Experience in managing large-scale or international projects. Familiarity with BIM processes and 3D visualization tools.
