Job Responsibilities:

As a self-motivated senior designer with strong Sketchup/Revit/CAD skills, you should be able to jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables efficiently.

To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales closure.

To own Customer Experience during the onboarding journey.

Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.

Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), colour palettes, and lighting

Work with multiple teams and support concurrent processes in varying phases of project delivery.

To lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.

Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs.

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.

Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior design.

Skill Set required:

Bachelor's degree in architecture /interior design or related field from an accredited school.

3-5 years of interior design experience preferably in Retale and commerical Interiors.

Proficient in CAD, Revit, SketchUp and other modelling software programs, such as 3Ds max, Rhino and Grasshopper are a plus.

In depth knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, colour selections, and specifications.

Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards) & Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation).

Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork, integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication

Have Good communication, Team Management & presentation skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
