Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Architect with 3+ years of experience

, skilled in

3D modeling and rendering

using software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and development for residential and commercial projects Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and concept presentations Manage projects from concept stage to final execution Prepare accurate detailed drawings and working drawings Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience Strong proficiency in 3D design, visualization, and rendering tools Excellent understanding of construction details, technical drawings, and building standards Ability to handle complex projects independently
