Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Senior Architect & Interior Designer

to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development

Lead architectural and interior design concepts aligned with client requirements, brand identity, and functional needs Prepare design presentations, mood boards, space planning, and material selections Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

Project Management

Manage projects from schematic design to construction documentation and site execution Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape, vendors) Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material approvals Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary design point of contact for clients Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback Provide design solutions within budget and timelines

Team Leadership

Mentor and guide junior architects and interior designers Review and approve drawings, models, and presentations Foster collaboration across design, execution, and procurement teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, or hospitality projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale or high-end projects
