Lead the design development process for architectural and interior projects.
Develop innovative concepts aligned with client briefs and project goals.
Ensure the design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects from concept through execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and manage project schedules, deliverables, and presentations.
Technical Expertise:
Produce detailed architectural and interior working drawings and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Review structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings for coordination.
Client Interaction:
Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
Coordinate across architecture and interior design teams for cohesive project delivery.
