Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Architect

with a strong portfolio in

high-end residential architecture

. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary who can lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality, spatial planning, and attention to detail. This role is

not suited for interior designers or project managers

; we are seeking someone whose expertise is in

architectural design

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, planning, and execution of luxury residential architecture projects. Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and visualizations that align with client aspirations. Prepare drawings, detailed designs, and construction documentation with precision. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity during construction. Mentor and guide junior architects while maintaining high design standards. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and techniques suitable for luxury residences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). Proven experience in

high-end residential architecture

; portfolio mandatory. Strong conceptual and creative design skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, and rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent). Ability to visualize and execute complex spatial and structural designs. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
