Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.

Mentor and guide the team.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Prepare and present design presentations to clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent degree.

10+ years of professional experience in architecture and design.

Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for design and a strong desire to create innovative and impactful projects

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
