Work on outsourcing work Researching and maintaining knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and building details Monitoring the work of Jr. Architects/draftsperson Communicating with a client, understanding their requirement, working on it, and delivering it as per schedule. Assist team in understanding scope of work and standards ( CAD and project/client), solving problems/questions. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. Acting as a mentor to Jr. Architects/draftsperson and helping them fine-tune their drafting skills and improve their building detail knowledge. Education and Background ####

Skills and Proficiencies

In-depth understanding of AutoCAD software. Excellent architectural knowledge and architectural drafting Good understanding of Structural drawings Experience in producing working drawings of architectural as well as interior projects Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Good Team building quality Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent English communication * Flexible, ambitious, and able to work across a range of project types and work stages
