Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Architect

with strong expertise in

German building standards, codes, and documentation practices

. The candidate will lead architectural design, coordination, and project delivery for Germany-based projects while working closely with international teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Leadership

Lead architectural design for German residential/commercial/industrial projects (customize as needed). Prepare and review design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. Ensure compliance with

HOAI

DIN standards

,

BauNVO

,

BauGB

, and local German building regulations. Provide solutions that meet German sustainability and energy efficiency requirements (e.g.,

EnEV

GEG

).

Documentation & Coordination

Create and review

LPH 1-5

documentation (as per HOAI phases). Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure design integration. Work on detailed planning, construction drawings, and material specifications according to German norms. Communicate with German clients, consultants, and authorities when required.

Quality, Compliance & Delivery

Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets. Oversee BIM implementation and maintain consistency of Revit/CAD standards. Support junior architects and guide teams on German technical standards.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.

8+ years of architectural experience

, with

at least 3-5 years in German projects

(mandatory).

standards. Expertise in

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with German architecture firms or international studios handling DACH projects. German language certification (A2/B1/B2) preferred but not mandatory. Experience in LPH 6-8 is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
