Job Summary:

The

Senior Architect Engineer

will lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that all designs are innovative, functional, sustainable, and compliant with regulations. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all stages of architectural design and development. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Review and approve architectural designs, materials, and construction methods. Manage project documentation, design approvals, and compliance with local regulations and codes. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized design solutions. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff. Ensure projects align with sustainability and environmental standards. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design tools. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative vision with attention to detail and functionality.

Preferred Attributes:

Registered Architect with COA certification (if applicable). Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial architecture projects. Knowledge of sustainable and green building design principles.
