Job Description

We are looking for Senior Architects having minimum 7-8 years of experience and they are responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables. Should be capable of handling all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. They report to the Principal Architect or Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project's completion on-time, on/under budget, and meeting DWI's quality standards.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for Detail Drawings such as Design schemes, Tender & Working drawings etc. Co-ordination with different discipline such as Structural, Hvac, Plumbing & Fire for the smooth flow of the project. Lead and guide a team of junior staff members Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions Review project documents for quality assurance Interact and consult with clients & Sub Consultants Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish Plan, coordinate and manage project deliverables Innovate new ways to raise the bar for the team and the company Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously Maintain a daily task list for assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules, and meetings Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigated Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones

Education and Background

This position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field and at least 7-8 years of experience as an Sr. Architect.
