Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect with 4-5 years of professional experience in residential design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in space planning, layouts, and client communication, and must have a deep understanding of how to bring design concepts to life -- from sketches to site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed layouts, conceptual and working drawings for residential projects. Handle client interactions confidently -- from brief understanding to design presentation. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project delivery. Maintain design quality and project timelines under minimal supervision. Support the senior team in design discussions, site visits, and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). 4-5 years of hands-on experience in residential design projects. Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools. Excellent sense of space planning, detailing, and aesthetic judgment. Good communication and client-handling skills.
