We are looking for a

Senior Architect

who blends creative vision, technical mastery, and on-site leadership to bring extraordinary design concepts into reality. This is a role where precision meets innovation, and where your expertise will directly influence landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and execution of

luxury residences, hospitality, and commercial fit-outs

, ensuring adherence to global standards. Collaborate with

clients, consultants, and contractors

to translate vision into technically sound and aesthetically superior outcomes. Prepare, review, and manage

drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical reports

with uncompromising attention to detail. Conduct

site supervision and project monitoring

, ensuring quality, compliance, and resolution of on-site challenges. Drive innovation in

space planning, design detailing, finishes, and construction methodologies

. Ensure rigorous project documentation, structured follow-ups, and strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. Utilize

AutoCAD and SketchUp

at an advanced level; proficiency in

Revit

will be an added advantage.
What We're Looking For

10+ years of architectural experience

, ideally with international firms or reputed MNCs. Demonstrated expertise in

luxury homes, five-star hotels, and large commercial fit-outs

. Proven leadership in

supervising project execution

and managing end-to-end delivery. Professional fluency in

English (spoken and written)

for seamless client and stakeholder interaction. Strong skills in

AutoCAD and SketchUp

(mandatory); exposure to

Revit

preferred. Detail-oriented, methodical, and highly organized with exceptional documentation and coordination skills. Ability to engage with

international architects, designers, and consultants

, both remotely and on-site.

Do you have at least 10 years of professional experience as an architect with international firms, reputed MNCs, or luxury project portfolios? Have you directly led the design and execution of ultra-luxury residences, five-star hotels, or commercial fit-out projects? Are you highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp? Is Revit a tool you have used in any projects? Can you provide examples of complex design challenges you have resolved, especially in ultra-luxury or commercial fit-out environments?
