Senior Architect
to lead architectural projects and drive excellence in design.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop architectural designs.
Prepare working drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure designs meet regulatory codes and site feasibility.
Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or higher).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
