Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Senior Architect

to lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong creative, technical, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design for large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Develop concepts, detailed drawings, 3D models, and architectural presentations. Review and approve project designs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and resolve technical issues as needed. Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development. Coordinate with project managers on scheduling, resource allocation, and project strategy. Ensure sustainability and energy efficiency are integrated into all design solutions. Prepare and review project documentation, specifications, and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). 8-15+ years of professional architectural experience. Licensed Architect (preferred or as required by region). Proficiency in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, BIM tools, etc. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Exceptional design, visualization, and presentation skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
